Welcome to Loopit (“we”, “our”, “us”), a multivendor e-commerce platform based in The Bahamas and powered by the 6amMart system. By accessing or using our mobile app, website, and services (collectively, the “Platform”), you (“User”, “Customer”, or “Vendor”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms By registering, accessing, or using the Loopit Platform, you confirm that: - You are at least 18 years of age or are accessing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. - You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. - If you are a vendor or merchant, you also agree to comply with our Vendor Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Provided Loopit provides a digital marketplace where multiple independent vendors can list and sell goods to customers. We facilitate the transaction but are not a party to the sale contract between vendors and customers.
3. Account Registration To access some features, users must register an account. You agree to: - Provide accurate and complete information. - Keep your login credentials confidential. - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Loopit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of violating these terms.
4. Order Placement and Fulfillment - All orders placed through Loopit are subject to vendor acceptance and availability. - Loopit is not responsible for inaccurate product listings, delayed deliveries, or vendor service quality. - Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details.
5. Payments - Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. - Loopit may charge service fees, which will be clearly disclosed before checkout. - Vendors receive payouts subject to commission and processing terms as agreed upon during onboarding.
6. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations - Refund and return policies may vary by vendor. - Loopit facilitates customer-vendor communication for refund and return requests but does not guarantee a resolution unless specified under applicable Bahamian consumer laws. - Cancellations must be done within the specified window indicated on the product listing.
7. Vendor Obligations Vendors agree to: - Accurately list products and fulfill orders in a timely manner. - Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in The Bahamas. - Maintain professional conduct with customers and the Loopit team. Loopit reserves the right to delist or deactivate vendor accounts that breach these obligations.
8. Prohibited Activities Users (customers and vendors) are prohibited from: - Using the platform for any unlawful purpose. - Uploading harmful code, spam, or offensive content. - Misrepresenting identity, products, or services. - Attempting to interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
9. Intellectual Property All content on Loopit, including but not limited to logos, graphics, UI, and text, is the property of Loopit or its licensors and is protected under copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability Loopit shall not be liable for: - Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. - Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. - Vendor or third-party actions outside of our control.
11. Termination Loopit may suspend or terminate your access to the platform without notice if: - You breach any provision of these terms. - Your conduct may harm Loopit, its users, or its reputation. Upon termination, your rights to use the platform will cease immediately.
12. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Bahamas.
13. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the app and/or website. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance.
